If a customer’s display module spare parts are defective, they can be sent to a Grecko-authorized service center for repair.
Once completed, Grecko will return the repaired components to the customer.

How far away will the audience be from my led screen?
LED panels come in a wide variety of resolutions, also known as pixel pitch. This is important because installing a LED screen with the wrong resolution can lead to unwanted results or unnecessarily higher costs. The general rule is 96cm by 1mm resolution. There are multiple factors that can affect this practice, such as screen size and viewing distance.
Will the led screen be for indoor or outdoor use?
The outdoor panels are manufactured with specially designed cabinets to protect the screen from the inclemencies of outdoor life. In addition, the exterior panels are designed to be up to three times brighter than the interior ones, so they consume more energy and require more power. If you don’t need exterior panels, we suggest you use an interior one.
What refresh rate do the panels have?
If you broadcast live or plan to do so, make sure the panels have an update rate of no less than 3840 hz. A low refresh rate will result in moire lines (those wavy lines you see when filming a television screen).
